Our story
We offer a unique approach to helping people enjoy healthy meals of soup with ease and low-cost. We will provide soup for the local community made with the freshest ingredients. We produce small batch custom made soups and pack them in containers of your choice. Currently we package our product in 16oz, 32oz. and 1 gallon plus size for immediate freezing to hold freshness, improve availability and shelf life.
LOV Soup is locally owned and operated by ChefJames Adams and Absolute Catering Inc., Our commercial manufacturing and packing facilities are located in Goleta CA. James has over 30 years of working professional culinary experience and a degree from Le Cordon Bleu’s California Culinary Academy Being a Santa Barbara resident since 1999 and a private chef for 20 years, he brings a unique perspective to feeding families and individuals who are focused on health and nutrition. James and his wife have two children, 8 and 10, who are focused on feeding their family healthy organic food as easily and inexpensively as possible without reducing quality. James has a deep commitment to the local farming community and has existing contracts with local farmers, farm box companies, and community groups. We are proud to be a link in the local food system by connecting the farmer to the local consumer and keeping healthy business alive and local.

Are you a local business interested in a healthy prepared food made with local and organic vegetables. I can offer you/your customers an organic soup made from local produce. I sell fresh and frozen soups made from scratch that are ready to eat.
I currently have four frozen soups bases in inventory all of which are local organic. I can easily add chicken or other meat ingredients to meet the needs of your retail customer.
